A: The oral sleep appliance is typically covered through medical insurance.  It is a prescription device; therefore, we will need to the documentation from your sleep study and we can file the treatment with your medical insurance.

Q: Is an oral appliance comfortable?
A: Yes — most patients find them easy to wear and adapt quickly.

Q: Do I still need a CPAP machine?
A: For mild to moderate cases, an oral appliance may be enough. Severe cases may still require CPAP.
